By Post:
Payment instructions detailing how and where to send your payment can be found on the Penalty Fare or Unpaid Fare Notice issued to you.  This information is normally located in the bottom right-hand section of the notice.

Payments by cheque or postal order can be made by post - please remember to write the Penalty Fare notice number on the back so that your payment can be easily referenced - this will avoid unnecessary letters being sent to you requesting payment.

If you have been issued with a Penalty Fare or Unpaid Fare Notice by one of the following train companies:

Then please make your cheques and postal orders payable to: IRCAS, and post to:

Remember: Deadlines for payments of Penalty Fare or Unpaid Fare Notices are clearly stated on the notices and must be adhered to at all times to avoid further action being taken by the Train Operating Company to recover outstanding debts.

Online:
If you have been issued with a penalty fare or unpaid fare notice by one of the above companies you can pay the full balance of your account online by simply returning to our home page, selecting 'Make a Payment' and then by following the on screen instructions.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted and a receipt will be emailed to you by return provided you submit a valid email address when making the transaction.  Alternatively, you can call our Automated Payment Line on: 0870 067 1303 to pay your balance in full with any major credit or debit card.
